So I'm setting up a new mid-season roto league on Yahoo and I want to do something a little different. I'm thinking...
14 teams
25 roster spots: C, 1B, 2B, 3B, SS, CI, MI, OF x4, Util / SP x4, RP x3, P x2, Bench x4 (DL x2)
7x7 cats (all counting stats): H, R, HR, RBI, SB, K, BB / QS, H, ER, SV, HLD, K, BB
Any feedback would be appreciated, particularly on the categories. I know they're a little unconventional but do you see any problems they would pose? In what way would player values in this league be skewed against a more conventional 5x5 league? Obviously middle relievers and good pitchers on bad teams would carry more weight (which I like). What else? How about hitters?
Thanks a lot.
