Why was he taken out of the game after only 4.2 innings while striking out 7 and only giving 1ER?

He has never been economical with his pitches, but I do agree this was particularly bad in that department. He walked quite a few, too, which didn't help...

Damn walks get you everytime.

Im still in shock from when Dice-K walked 8 in 5 innings and only gave up 2 hits and 1 earned run.

Not at all. I have him on many teams, and he is one of my favorite pitchers.

With his high K's and now run support, this guy is a must have.
