Kevin Kouzmanoff was scratched from Tuesday's lineup due to a back injury.
The Padres said they wouldn't be afraid to use Chase Headley at third base, but with Scott Hairston also hurting, Headley started in left field tonight. The Padres used Craig Stansberry at second and moved Edgar Gonzalez to third.
Yay for Chase!

Chase is 2 for 3 right now...(watching game) he has looked good at the plate and was very patient. Kouzmanoff will still play 3rd just. Chase will play OF for the rest of the year... So OF eligibility will be coming up..
PADRES WILL WIN THE WEST FOR A TRIPLE CROWN
