4th place in 12 team roto keeper....how to improve??

I've been 3rd/4th the whole year...right now i'm 10 points out of third. What do you guys think of the team and what should i change if anything??

C - Mccann, AJ Pierz
1b - Huff, Giambi
2b - Phillips, Sanchez
3b - AmRam, Kouz, Dewitt
SS - Yuni, Scutaro
2b/ss
3b/1b
OF(5 start) - Bay, Quitien, Jose Guillen, Shumaker, Ben Francisco, Bourn, Willingham (DL)

SP - Halladay, Lincecum, Hamels, Pedilla, Hendrickson, Kershaw, Hudson, wanRod
RP - K-Rod, Jenks, Ryan, Howry, Lyon

Sv/Hold counts as a category. I'm in the process of dropping hendrickson for Aquilino Lopez cuz the tigers are stretching him out.

Not crazy about your 1B situation, but other than that this is a solid team. It would be helpful to know where you trail in the standings (what cats). Not knowing that, I'd say move an SP for an upgrade at 1B. SS may become an issue too. Kershaw is probably not worth having. I'd drop him or another SP other than Hal, Lince or Ham (or Padilla) to spot start some other guys.
