Need help with my team..not sure what to change..whir

I have been currently sitting in 3rd place all year and I seem to be letting the teams behind me get closer. What do I need to do to get me over the top? Any trade canidates on my team, Major weaknesses or just any advice at all would be helpful.Thanks in advance. I could use help in HR, RBI, SV,and WHIP

Your weakness to me at first glance is your lack of power. Having figgins and ichiro and hanley and byrnes doesn't really help you other then maybe runs and SB. I would try to find someone who thinks SB are an important category and unload one of the above said guys. Obviously hanley and ichiro would be the last two to go unless you get overwhelmed, but I think you need to transition from a quick team to a bit more power. Also a closer would be really helpful.
