Trade vetoed question

I'm commish of a yahoo 10 team 5x5 roto league. I'm currently in 1st place.
Here's the deal that got nixed .

I get - Ryan Braun(3B,OF) , Tim Lincecum(SP)

I give- Carl Crawford(OF),Garrett Atkins(1B,3B), Cliff Lee(SP)

Was this such a bad deal that it should of been vetoed?
I know that this is how the league is set(owners vote on trades)and I have to accept it, but i was just wondering. I feel that other deals such as Robinson Cano(2B) for Alfonso Siriano(OF) or Scott Kazmir(SP)/Izzy(RP) for Joe Saunders(SP)/Taito(dodgers CL/RP) which went thru w/out a hitch were more questionable but then again i personally try not to veto anything, unless it's REALLY lopsided. Oh well just venting. Thanks for reading/listening.

Absolutely no reason for that to be vetoed - even if Cliff Lee regresses, it's still a perfectly even trade.
