OUCH- I dropped him today. I got the yips at the last minute and benched him before the game. Then I saw what KC was doing to him so bye-bye Micah. What's a bummer is he was obtained in a trade in which i had to let Marcum go. The hitters I was getting definately favored me. I wish I had Marcum though.
I would prefer all three of those to Owings. Ordinary pitcher in a hitters park is never a good combination. Colon is your best bet of the three as he will get great run support. Galarraga keeps getting the job done but like any unproven pitcher, the wheels could fall off at any time soon.
Owings should not be owned in anything other than NL only leagues.
That's not a pretty group. Probably Colon -- though he's bound to start giving up a few more hrs than he has been.
Owings's collapses are always spectacular. He did the same thing last year, in July. Noone trusted him again until the last two weeks or so. Based on my leagues, I'd say it's unlikely he gets picked up, and you may want to keep an eye on him.
I'd say it's a toss up between Colon and Galarraga. Either one could fall apart for their own reasons. But I think I'd go with Colon. Maybe he knows that he doesn't have too many chances left and won't squander this chance.
