yeah peralta is a JOKE yet ranked higher than jeter.... glad i didn't waste a draft pick on him he was just thrown in on this monster deal i just pulled off... Jeter needs to step it up, so much for MR. CONSISTENCY, i should have taken YUNEL like i did in every freakin mock draft i did preseason!

i had hanley tho so there wasn't any need oh well...

Is he worth picking up? Currently he's in my FA and I want to upgrade my SS position.

Theriot/Edgar combo doesn't seem to be cutting it for me.

Definitely worth a pickup for SS starved teams. He will hit leadoff and hit for an average(at least over 300). He can steal bags and has shown decent pop. Best of all he isn't a high K guy.

Jun 16 Kyle Nagel, of the Dayton Daily News, reports Cincinnati Reds SS Jeff Keppinger (knee) will play third base and be a designated hitter before moving back to shortstop during his rehab assignment for Single-A Sarasota. - KFFL

That's the latest.

He's been playing for L'ville (AAA) for the last few games (7-14, 1HR, 0K). Haven't seen any word on when he will finish the rehab assignment. Cinci could probably use his bat...

I'm from Louisville and the word is that they are going to give him a couple of games at DH, a couple at 3B and then move him into SS after that. I'd say a week at the most. Krimchek did his re-eval. monday and everything went well. We need his bat back and I need his versitility on my fantasy team.
