Best comparison I can think is Trü (thought you guys would like that) 2004.

He is hitting .239 with a .732 OPS over the last 29 games so the fall has already started.

Ludwick will be like that girl you dated in high school that was okay looking and surprisingly had good time with but you just kinda end things when it goes stale. Drop Ludwick once he goes cold because it would be hard to trade him.
we wont see Carp until the end of the year at best now, no one will ever see Mulder or Clement effective ever again.
Im more worried about Waino and Welly anyway.

Yeah, the numbers would have seemed to say he'd be ok especially with a decent hitting Glaus among others around him. Guess not as you brought this up in your latest
Splitsville article on Yahoo.

I'm wondering if Ludwick will now tail off for pretty much of the rest of the year. I'm sure he'll still get some Hr's and RBI's but I've got a strong feeling that batting average will continue to drop.

Just dropped him in a 10 team league. In a shallow league I think it's time to move on. He's been hitting .250 for about a month now. It was a great run while it lasted though.

He'll still hit 30+ homers with like 30+ doubles, but he'll hit more around 270 than 300+.
