Thanks for help with mine, even though it wasn't the answer I was hoping for.
I think you have a solid team, and can afford to wait it out a little longer. Once Holiday starts hitting and some of your pitchers come around, you should be good.
Only thing I would say is to make a decision on who you want at 2b the rest of the way, and trade the other. You might be able to still get solid value for Cano, otherwise trade Roberts and play Cano. I have to think Cano will be fine if not great the rest of the way.
I think your team looks very solid, there are no holes in your lineup. I think that Robinson Cano will have another year like he did last year and really turn it on in July and for the rest of the way, so I think that gives you a lot of options. I think that I would wait until he heats up and try to deal Roberts or him for a pitcher. Some of you pitchers arn't pitching great right now, but should come around. Snell is the only on that I have large doubts about being much more productive, so if there are good FA's maybe look to drop him.
You really only have a few key players that aren't producing like they should and most likely will. Cano, Verlander, and to some extent Felix Hernandez. Cano should tear things up once again in the 2nd half, Hernandez is starting to string quite a bit of scoreless starts together, and Verlander simply cannot be this poor. Once these key players bounce back, your team production as a whole should be a lot more appealing to you. Good luck!
Drop A.J. Burnett and Ian Snell. Both have ERAs of 4.98 and 5.33 respectively.
Wandy Rodriguez, Mike Mussina, Chad Gaudin, Justin Masterson, Randy Wolf, Aaron Laffey, Bartolo Colon, and Greg Maddux are all better options and atleast one or two of them should be available.
Dude, wait that out. You team is very solid and has some under performers right now.
Verlander, Felix, Cano, I mean those guys are solid guys who have shown about 1/2 of what they can do.
I do have one thing to add, you have got to try and move Ludwick now. The odds of him keeping this p are very slim so why not try to get a "sure thing" for him. By sure thing I mean a guy where you know what he will do, like Matsui, Wells, etc..
Good lukc this year and hang in there. I have a team that is 6th place and I know it should be first or second, I am trying to be patient and it does wear thin very fast.
