Kucininch is way out there on this one. For one, why the hell would you even try to do this with only a few months remaining for this administration; two, if the democrats pushed for this, whether it passed or not, it would probably cost them the White House in November; and three, does he think Cheney would be a better President?

He has introduced impeachment papers against Cheney in the past if I am not mistaken.
Yeah, he has. And they were met with a similar responce. But unless I'm not up on my impeachment law, which I'm not, but that's neither here nor there, at this point in time if Bush were to be impeached, Cheney would take over.
Nice avatar, by the way, if given the opportunity, Gravel would have received my vote this year (and still most likely will if he's able to work his way onto a minor-party ticket).
I don't think it's a matter of him being way out there. He voted against his own measure. So he's not crazy just disingenuous.
Maine has a good swing for a pitcher but on anything that moves, he has no chance. And if it's a fastball, it has to be up in the zone. Basically, the pitcher has to hit his bat. - Mike Pelfrey
I don't anyone of any political party takes anything Kucinich does seriously.
"I do not think baseball of today is any better than it was 30 years ago... I still think Radbourne is the greatest of the pitchers." John Sullivan 1914-Old athletes never change.

Right, since Bush has such a great legacy to tarnish.
