"un 9 RHP Kelvim Escobar (torn labrum) threw off a mound as part of his pre-game throwing session Monday. It was his second time off a mound during this strengthening and rehabilitation program. He threw 15 pitches off the mound at the end of his session on Friday and 30 on Monday. There is still no timetable for Escobar to begin a minor-league injury-rehabilitation assignment but a realistic scenario could have Escobar active with the Angels some time after the All-Star break."

Could be a guy to stash on the DL if you have a spot...
