What holes do I have in my offense and who should I move to get a better position player?? Any sleeper suggestions???

I can't seem to find a decent closer either. I'd like to get rid of Drew and a 3B.

Mauer isn't a positive starter yet!
Thomas is a late bloomer, he will start slow, but don't give up on him
Loretta was a nice add
I say koskie over randa, unless you think randa will be healthy
Crosby has some big shoes to fil
You are depending a lot on the reds to be healthly, not always a bad thing.
Your bench is solid and you got back up outfielders if your reds fail
Starting rotation is solid, just watch anderson's ERA!
Cordero is a 20 save guy, but that is if the rangers learn to win!
