NEED EXPERT ADVICE ON MY TEAM!!??

Hello i am in ROTO LEAGUE and need advice on how my team looks. Im dead last in ERA and WHIP but that was because i went first part just picking up two start pitchers to get me wins but destroyed my other cats. im in middle in HR RBI SB R SAVES, first in BA. Im about 6th in total league and was in 3rd but dropped 15 points in past two weeks prob as result of pena going down and such. please help
