Billy Butler 2nd Half....

What are your thoughts about Billy Butler in the 2nd half of this season? He is tearing up AAA ball right now (.375/.429/.688), and I think he comes back with a bang upon returning to the majors. It wasn't like he was terrible in his first go round, and I think it is normal to expect some growing pains in a player's first full season. I think you see him hit as though he were on the 20 hr 90 rbi .300 avg pace most conservative people were projecting for him at the beginning of the season.

if he does come back up, i would expect a good batting average and some RBIs but I'll believe the power when i see it. Expecting him to hit 10-15 homers for the remainder of the season is too many i think from the lack of power he showed early this season.
