They're open to interpretation. Prostitute does not always mean the same thing.

6 or 7 depending on interpretation...in the strictess sense of "thief" then I would be a 7...if I get a mulligan for stealing a few packs of baseball cards when I was 9, then it's a 6.

These are so open to self-interpretation...I can see people who are trying to look like a bada$$ trying to squeak a few extra points out, while people who perceive themselves as devout try to get a lower score...I just tried to look at it completely objectively. I don't have many vices, but I certainly have some...and that makes me no better than you Mr. 16.

Edit: On second thought I'm probably a 7 or 8 depending on the thief interpretation...I just did something bad.
