I belong to a 10 team 5x5 roto league. We changed this year to espn as our service, from allstarstats and have enjoyed it so far.
The problem is that with allstarstats the commish had the ability to go back and change player moves for any team as far back as he wanted to. With espn the commish has only 24 hours to go back and activate a player off the DL or input player moves.
This caused some problems the last few years as people noticed retroactive moves pretaining to the commish's team. Things such as unknown players appearing on his team as they hit their hot streaks.
But today I noticed that he put Jorge Posada, who was on his bench, as a DL player waiting to be activated. As of game time he did not activate him, but when I got home on the home page of the league it shows player moves and at 5:02(pacific) 5 hours after the game had ended, Posada was on his team, retroactive to yesterday. The move was made by "league manager," not by the actual team. The team owners do not have the power to do retroactive moves, only league manager.
So, am I right to call him out for cheating? This is a money league where thousands are at stake, but I want to know what level headed opinions are.
Thanks guys
