In one of my leagues, the following trade has been accepted-
Miguel Cabera for Wandy Rodriguez

I know that is a bad trade, and I wouldn't do it, but should it be vetoed?

Ditto, that one can't be allowed to go through. Even if they "justify" it, competitive balance would be shifted too much.
