anyways... benitez and a healthy robbie nen are some other notable mentions.
Because they are not Starting Pitchers

I think most of the SP's have been mentioned but for relievers Felix Rodriguez and Guillermo Moto can get it up there. Also before Matty Anderson blew out his arm he could consistently walk the bases full while throwing 101. Go Tigers!!!

gil meche has gas... i've seen him get it up to 97 on an ESPN Sunday night game last year... his breaking ball is a deadly compliment to it too...

as far as additional starters... oliver perez and contreras are decent mid-high 90s fireballers

Schilling does throw hard but he's not up in that fireball group with the Becketts or those guys.

Gil Meche deserves mention - he's throws hard.. 96-97 when he's on his game.. He's a lot of Kevin Brown but not quite polished yet B-)

I'm guilty for the same crime as you, but at least I knew about it :-b "Who are the hardest throwing starting pitchers" I guess you missed the title of the thread.

But anyway, I pictured a guy named Gilbert who averages just over 6 K/9 to be a soft thrower like Ted Lilly. I guess I was wrong. Does Jamie Moyer throw that hard too :-? ................... :-b

And whoever said Robb Nen, yeah a healthy Nen can throw pretty hard, but his glory days are over and he can barely crack 90 MPH now.

An interesting note: When Roger Clemens pitched for Toronto and we had the MPH (Yes, MPH, not Km/H) reading for every pitch on the JumboTron, he refused to allow them to do that for his pitches. What a bastard. He was also in a commercial when he was first traded here that showed him hitting 120+ with ease on the radar gun and then 2 guys standing around saying "You think we should tell him it's in kilometers?" :-D
