I dont quite understand the harshness towards Hoffman. Sure, hes not papelbon anymore, but since a few rough starts to begin the year, hes been pretty solid. Last month was 1W 8S 18SO in 12 innings, with an era/whip of 3.65/1.05. Its not mindblowing, but its pretty respectable.

Who had Konerko in the top 100 before the season? I doubt I even had him as a top 12 1B.

Konerko had an MDP of 87.84. Only Yahoo had him outside their top 100 (104.8).
As for Smoltz, yes he was doing well before getting injured. But I'm sure those who drafted him expected more than 28 IP.
Indeed. Start of the season I sure wouldnt have bet id be getting about double the innings from harden (so far!) that I got from smoltz...

Based on expectations, a case could be made that Cabrera deserves the 3B spot on this team more than Zimmerman. Zimmerman was a borderline top 100 player, but Miggy, whose production has been inexplicably lacklustre, was in everyone's top 10.

Miggy has been my biggest disappointment. Drafted him before Utley.

Here's the pitch on the way, a swing and a belt! Left field! Way back! BLUE JAYS WIN!
