Bondy Out for Season

Tigers placed RHP Jeremy Bonderman on the 15-day disabled list due to a blood clot of the axillary vein.
Bonderman had a surgery similar to the one Aaron Cook had two years ago and figures to miss the rest of the season. It's a big blow to the Tigers' chances, though it's not like Bonderman was looking like an ace this season. Armando Galarraga can return to the rotation as his replacement.

That will suck for all of the people that bought him low..glad I stayed away.

If someone bought "low" on Bonderman then it doesn't matter that he's out the rest of the season because they were fools to think they were buying "low" in the first place. If you look at his major league record he's never performed like the the ace some fools think he is. He's nothing more then an overrated middle of the rotation type pitcher. It's not a big fantasy loss at all.

considering they had no idea (or at least no idea they made public as of yet) what to do with Willis/Galraga the Bondo issue solves their problem
