I have an ESPN related question, although this is more towards ESPN.com. For any Bill Simmons fans out there, does anyone know what the deal is with him and ESPN? I am not his biggest fan, but enjoy some of his columns (NBA Draft Diary comes to mind) and was wondering why he hardly ever writes for ESPN.com anymore.

He's taking the rest of the summer off to finish a book or something. He is still doing the podcast and will start writing his column again at the start of NFL season.

Midwest bias.
Maine has a good swing for a pitcher but on anything that moves, he has no chance. And if it's a fastball, it has to be up in the zone. Basically, the pitcher has to hit his bat. - Mike Pelfrey
Speaking of TitleTown, if we are talking about which town is TitleTown right now, andddd if you don't want Boston to win (because the sports media is all over Boston's nuts right now) you should vote for Lawrence, KS. Not that I am biased or anything.

With over 100 state high school titles, Lawrence gets my vote!
