1. A-Rod
2. Hanley
3. Utley
4. Pujols
5. Wright
6. Rollins
7. Braun
8. Holliday
9. Cabrera
10. Howard
11. Reyes
12. Fielder (Weight scares me wuth regards to durability)
13. Morneau
14. Philips (30-30 2B is waaay underrated IMO. Especially considering age)
15. Soriano
16. BJ Upton (25-40 potential. Arguably better than Phillips, but I think Phillips has a higher ceiling)
17. Sizemore (His power is developing nicely, but his team is sorta sucky. I can see him being a 30-30 guy, but he needs a beter team).
18. Teixeira (only 28, and could put up 35-40 homers for years to come)
19. Rios (lock for close to 25-25 with 30-30+ potential)
20. Markakis (Similar to Rios with a little more pop and a little less speed)
21. Ortiz (He's Ortiz...)
22.Carlos Lee (No signs of decline, has a lot of solid backup in Berkman Pence and Tejada)
23. Webb
24. Peavy (The only reason he can afford to be drafted so high in a re-draft is because for the few starts he'll miss when injured each year, you can just get a nice FA to fill in, and end up not missing much, but few starts each year in a Keeper adds up. Injury risk lowers him below Webb)
25.Hamilton
(26. Lincecum-If Hamilton pans out to be the Injury risk people think he is, swap Lince into number 25 spot).

If I thought about it more I might be able to improve it further,m but this is my list.

1 HANLEY
2 PUJOLS
3 AROD
4 UTLEY
5 WRIGHT
6 HOLLIDAY
7 REYES
8 WEBB
9 CRAWFORD
10 BERKMAN
11 SANTANA
12 BRAUN
13 SORIANO
14 SIZEMORE
15 LINCECUM
16 M. CABRERA
17 HOWARD
18 BJ UPTON
19 FIELDER
20 KINSLER
21 A. GONZO
22 HAMILTON
23 QUENTIN
24 ELLSBURY
25 PEAVY

There is not a SINGLE ranking on this list i agree with. Not one.

Success!!!! Can we discuss now? Thats all I want. The list was made not to be used but to open the discussion. PLease begin to pick it apart and maybe we can all come to a master list type deal.

1. Hanley
2. Pujols
3. Arod
4. Wright
5. Utley
6. Braun
7. MCab

I think those 7 are the blue-chippers then there's a bunch of guys you could argue for the next 10-20 slots. Holliday scares me, especially his splits so if he get's dealt his value will take a big blow. I honestly think I would take Hamilton at 8. It's difficult to rank the rest of the guys without giving it some thought. So I'll have to think about it and come back with a more comprehensive list.

I think the fact that Mcab will be a first basemen next year, a position which has oodles of depth, lowers his value.

True, but he still has the ability to put up Pujols-like numbers which is why he belongs in that group. Even though he hasn't shown it so far this year it's important not to be too shortsighted when looking at recent stats.

I have him in the top 15, I just think top 7 or 8 is a little much. Just my opinion.

If you were to start a Cafe one, I'd hop aboard.

This is sounding good. I am in too. No need to wait for midseason just start as soon as its all set up. Do you want to take charge on the project Krunk? Im willing to but I dont want to hijack since its kind of your idea.

I was thinking about setting up a dynasty league, but if a keeper's set up here at the CAfe, it'll be tons of fun.

Let's try and get realy competitive players
