Bailey's future this year

Do we think he will stick in the rotation? Move to the 'pen? Get sent down?

I picked him up and I'm trying to decide what to do with him. I have Scott Baker on my DL and will have to lose a pitcher to activate him..could be Snell on the cutting block unless I move someone in a trade.

My team needs wins, and HUGE help in ERA WHIP so I'm a little concerned about him.
