Yeah, I'm not disagreeing with the punishments handed down, just pointing out how such a slight movement/decision likely killed this kid's baseball career. Stupid.

Yeah that is pretty disgraceful. If our high school coach had seen us do something like that we would have been benched immediately. Is that really going to make the ump call a closer game? No. It even allowed the base runner to advance to third base.
