If you read this, Cole Hamels just struck you out.

Well, you struck out by bunting, but that sounds just as impossible like a 3 HR game doesn't it?

You present no substance to show that anything is 'wrong' with Hamels.
He's a pitcher that got 27 outs. Nothing wrong about that.
Hamels got torched by FLA and HOU, and then bounced back to throw a CG shutout vs CIN.

ER by game past 7 starts 4 4 0 0 6 7 0
Ks per game past 7 starts 5 7 6 11 0 4 4

There is no correlation. Pitchers aren't up there trying to help your fantasy team, they're just trying to get outs.

Save face and listen to people. Hamels is human, and you're wrong.

No correlation? So you show us all how he has had 2 of 3 bad starts and also hasn't struck guys out in that time frame just like I said. Let's see, low K's and high ER at the same time... yep you are right no correlation. I would expect the same from someone on the McLouth bandwagon.

Do I think something is wrong with Cole? Absolutely not, even the best pitchers in baseball get knocked around every now and again. Baseball aint an easy game and you can't always be on your best. As for Coles last start, a complete game shutout is much more valuable to a team then 5inn with 10ks.

Uh oh, a guy that doesn't know the difference between no and know is jumping into it. Strike out pitchers strike people out. He didn't get knocked around once in awhile, he did 2 games in a row and then threw a gem but continued to not strike people out.

The McLouth bandwagon is sure better than a has-been that puts himself before his teammates.

Hamels will get 30+ starts, and in three of them he strikes out 0,4,& 4.

Big deal.

I was showing his ER/K rates to demonstrate that the guy goes through ups & downs.

The only down in the stats you showed was in the last 3 games, the exact 3 games I asked about. I don't like Nomar, he is a douche.

Only 13, Jesus!

When are they going to send him down to Single-A Ball like D-Train?

Apparently this Hamels guy is just never going to cut it as a big league pitcher. I think every Hamels should hurry and drop the guy and pick up Homer Bailey......

I can't believe he took the L today. All 3 of my pitchers: Marcum 9k, Kazmir 10k, and Hamels 13k flitered with complete games and wins but lost instead *sigh*
