He seems to tire quickly though. One minute he is going great guns, next he loses velocity and can't get out of the innings.

He doesn't seem to me to be anything more than a 80-90 pitch max type of guy. Anyone else see this in him?

One thing I donh't see mentioned much around here re: Contreras, Fidel won't let his family leave Cuba and that has to have reaked havoc on his concentration last year.
