Where would you rank him with guys like Paul Konerko and Durazo?

He is eligible at 1b, LF, CF, and RF.

About equal with Konerko and way ahead of Durazo.

He's also not affraid to steal a bag or two as well, then moving him ahead of Konerko, then way ahead of Durazo, in fantasy terms.

Definitely better than both. I can't understand why he doesn't go higher in drafts. He'll almost certainly be batting in the top of the order, too.
