I think that would be an .882 OPS, unless the OBP or SLG is incorrect...which is still a nice little OPS, but the 1.199 is eye-popping...the .778 SLG in particular. :-L

Should be .336, not .386. Sorry 'bout that.

Oh I agree that both teams did make out great on this deal. Who made out better? I would have to say the Rangers as I truly think that Hamilton will be one of the best players in baseball if he stays healthy and off the junk but Volquez could be a stud pitcher for years to come as well. I also completely understand the Reds doing what they did and making room for Bruce. It just would have been entertaining to have seen an OF comprised of Hamilton and Bruce.
