I wouldn't consider this guy unnoticed at all. In fact if I were to give an award for the most noticed unnoticed player it would be Adrian Gonzalez. Everyone said he was underrated in the draft, yet he went around the 5th or 6th round in most of the drafts I participated in and as a starting 1B. Now in different league forums I participate in owners are saying how undervalued he was. He is one of the most talk about players in all of my leagues, outside of Utley.

The guy is a very good player. He was a very good player last year as well so I didn't consider this season a shock. I do want to see if he can maintain this throughout the entire season, but I think it is a reach to say that he is under noticed. In most fantasy circles people know how good he is.

Plus the Padres blow serious monkey balls this year.

A guy I think has not been talked about at all and seems to be doing very well is Jason Bay.

It's not that people don't know he's good, they just know that he plays half of his games at PETCO Park.

I would have too. Zimm will be a poor mans Wright. Gonzo has the great start, Chipper actually way better, but Zimm will be fine in a keeper.

Too early to say in a keeper. Check back in 6-7 years. I like Markakis more myself long term.
