everyone remembers earlier in the year when he hit 7 hr's in 7 games. well, after homering in his first at bat tonight, he has now hit a homerun in 7 of his last 8 games. at the time of this post, he has 21 on the season with 52 rbi, 48 runs, a .315 avg, and a godly ops of 1.080, with 6 steals to boot. he is on pace for 132 runs, 192 hits, 44 doubles, 58 hr, 143 rbi's, 16 sb, and only 93 strikeouts. that is on par with ryan howard of 2006, with almost 90 fewer K's, 30 more runs, and an ops only lower by 0.004. and hes a SECOND BASEMAN
sorry, my man crush got the better of me there. think im better now. but seriously, wow.
Hes been great to have this season, probably a sign of bad league but for some reason I managed him with the 11th pick, not sure why a few of the other managers passed him over.

I did the complete opposite and decided to make him the 3rd pick. I boldly passed on Reyes, Pujols, and Wright, and it's sure paying off.
Well, I wouldn't have done this if I didn't hate the 2nd baseman position so much. I had Kelly Johnson last year for crying out loud . Not to take anything away from him, but he's no Chase Utley. So, I would like to thank Kelly Johnson for the amazing decision I made this year.
