Consistent hitters for avg

My team's currently in dead last for avg in my roto league (.256, ew ) on the heals of such great hitters as Weeks, CYoung, and pre injury Tulo. I'm actually looking at the waivers and debating picking up Randy Winn just so I can get someone to hit consistently.
So I look to you, cafe people: who are some players who are largely available who will hit for a .300+ avg and not kill my other cats, and who are some guys who can be traded for on the cheap who're similar?

Aaron Rowand is available in a few of my leagues. He'll hit for a 300 average, with ok stats in every other cat. probably 80 runs 80 rbis, 20ish homers.

If Moises Alou comes back on Thursday, he can usually be counted on for a good average

Navarro is likely on your WW hitting .352 - that's pretty much all he does, though...

But he's not really a consistant option. Until he proves that it isn't a fluke, I wouldn't touch Navarro other than 2 C leagues.

I've plugged in Yuniesky Betancourt in place of Tulowitzki. Given the weakness of the SS position this year Betancourt is a decent option because its likely he'll hit .280-.290 and chip in a couple of steals. He's certainly not helping in HRs and RBIs but he's definitely not hurting me anywhere at all...

Even though hes nobody to rely on, I just picked up Jerry Hairston. He's been pretty good since replacing Keppinger. Akinori Iwamura and Placido Polanco are also good options and guys I considered picking up over Hairston, but Hairston's eligibility at virtually every single position made it hard to pass him up (my team is plagued with injuries)

Luis Castillio hits around .300 every year. He'll only give you Avg and a few SB though.

Todd Helton should come at a reasonable price.
He's in the process of "correcting" his avg. so I wouldn't wait too long.

I know Polanco's a FA in all of my leagues too. He hits for a beastly average.
