With all the complaints about bad Commishes I'm seeing, maybe there should be a sticky here at the Cafe that would list the best Commishes around. My contribution to the list would be Deerayfan072, one of the best out there.

When you sign up for public/private league, the ones advertised on yahoo/espn message boards, you run this risk. Whether its people with multiple teams, crooked commishes or people dropping out (I do this alot for mock drafting) its gonna happen. If you try to take those leagues seriously you are only gonna go crazy. Find some friends and start your own league. If you are short of people post a note on your facebook/myspace. Ask people you work with if they are in a league.

Even if you dont know everybody its better if you have a way to contact them, and makes it more fun. Last year a friend (actually a friends husband) convinced me to join his FFB league. I didnt know anyone in it before that. Now I have a bunch of new friends and am in a baseball and basketball league with many of the same guys.

You can't bitch about a league when you don't know anyone going in, its just stupid.
