Last Place and need help

We are in a 10 person league and I am already 25 games out of first place. It is unbeliveable because I cannot win a week and I've never actually dont this bad. I pay attention and change my lineup every day and I am unsure what else I can do so I am posting here. Please tell me if you see anything wrong. It's a 5 by 5 league.

I would drop Scherzer and look for another SP or a closer. Also, I would probably drop Polanco and Hairston Jr. and pick up more pitching as well.

You must have great talent on waivers. Drop Polanco and pick up a nice WW pitcher.
