There isnt much that you can do but wait it out. Although here are a few options

1) Trade Youkilis because he doesnt do well in the 2nd half, trade him maybe for a middle tier SP

2) Put Longoria at 3B instead of Mark Reynolds

3) Trade Ludwick while he is hot for a 2B like Cano who heats it up in the 2nd half.

I just dropped Olivo and picked up Kenji Johjima ( who was FA ) and betting on him to heat up his bat. Good move? Any other advice?
