If you've eaten his crap stats so far by having him on your roster, it'd be foolish to try and sell him. He's not going to get any worse and by virtue of his last 5 starts he may be getting better but it's still not good enough to get proper value out of a trade. You've eaten the worst of it, now just pray he turns it around. He certainly has the stuff to to so.

I just traded Carlos Lee for Verlander and Carlos Triunfel. Expect Verlander to turn it around as soon as he is added to my roster. People hate it when I make trades because I rarely lose out.

Verlander has a fairly soft schedule coming up so I think we should if there is hope for him this year within the next couple of weeks.
