i hope not i just basiclly traded Ellsbury for Kershaw in a package...... In a 12 team keeper league total points with wins being the most at 20 And i know Zito cant touch Kershaw's fastball

Yes he is! You should fly off the handle and start panicing like a mad man!!!!!!!!!! :-b

Oh wait you've all ready done that!

Seems to me there is an over abundance of people that come to the cafe that rely heavily on 1 or 2 games when evaluting players regardless of how absurd that is due to an extremely small sample size.

Relax. It was one start and he is 20. He may not even be great next year, but it seems like he has a bright future.

Depending on need Ellsbury for Kershaw might be OK, but in terms of pure value that's a pretty bad trade. Right now Ellsbury's playing like a top-5 round pick, whereas Kershaw isn't in that same value range.

The guy said he's in a keeper league. Maybe this year isn't that important to him. It's almost certainly a bad trade valuewise for this season, but future seasons' value is anyone's guess at this point.

right now im in 7th place so this year is still in sight maybe i made this trade cuz i dident wanna keep 4 outfielders my reasoning was to balance my team and with braun hamilton ellsbury and bruce i think ellsbury was the one to trade and not only cuz im a yankee fan lol my 5 keepers are in the first post

Kershaw is more Cole Hamels than Barry Zito.

I also think you made a good move with the way your keepers are set up. You definitely needed an arm to keep, and you have a solid trio of OFs.
