I have searched all over for the 2004 edition of Who's who in Baseball and can not find it at any bookstore, drugstore, internet,.....anywhere. Can anyone help me? Did they discontinue this publication after 88 years?

It always comes out in late March. Start looking for it after the 20th. I used to look for it too early, too, and it is like cloclwork to come out later this month.
My Friendliness bar...recently shrunk from 11.3 to 10mm long!!
