13 team NL only keeper league 3 or 4 openings

There are 3 openings in this 13 team NL only internet based league and their is a 4th owner who is on the fence. Draft day fee is $130, +$5 for each tranny & $3 for each trade. Top 5 pay out. This will be our fourth season. Draft day is set for Sunday April 18th in a AOL IM chat room. If we can't find a 13th owner, we may go with only 12. All the replacement owners will draft the players individually from the available teams. There are some decent keepers that will be available. Jose Reyes $5, Podsednik $10, Burnitz $16, Brett Myers $5, Danny Graves $5, Webb $11, Cintron $6, Drew $14, Vinny Castilla $7, Prior $5, Jerome Williams $5. If you divide those out amongst 2 or 3 teams you should have 3 or 4 decent keepers and with this being the league's 4th season there will be plenty of good free agents available in the auction.

And if the 4th owner who's on the fence quits he's got some good keepers with (Loduca $11, Orlando Cabrera $9, Berkman $28, Roberts $7, Matt Morris $11, Willis $8, Chacon $5). And their could be some players that are keepers that I'm overlooking.
