I think this Jeff Peckman is a "bit" of a wacko. He sells cards that you can carry to "normalize your personal electromagnetic field". Apparently he believes that cellphone and WiFi EMFs can interfere with the human EMF. Just Google and there is a ton of Jeff Peckman and Stan Romanek craziness for your enjoyment.
