Who would rank higher in a 6x6 (5x5 + Hitter K's and Holds) keeper league???

Javier Vazquez or Mark Teixeira

Is it safe to say Vazquez is a #1 fantasy starter??

Not even close, it's Vazquez.

Not sure I'm awake, but I agree that Vazquez is the call.

I guess one more for Vaz won't hurt.
I believe there ought to be a constitutional amendment outlawing Astroturf and the designated hitter. -Crash Davis

gotta do the javvy vazquez thing.

teixeira isn't afraid of striking at this point in his toddleresque career, and nor is javvy vazquez. which bodes well for that 5th pitching category.

vazquez can be a mediocre 4ish era pitcher for periods of time, but then he can buckle down and be one of the best pitchers in baseball over a period of time.

either way, he's likely to be a 20 game threat for the yanks and if he pitches like he did in the 2nd half of 01 or 03, he could be one of the top 5 pitchers in the game by year's end.

so i mean, go vazquez, duh.
