He was dropped in my league which is completely understandable because he has been awful on a weak team (Pirates). Also, Snell was rejected a long-term contract with the Pirates. Does anyone know if that was because of spending limitations or because the Pirates didn't believe he was worth it? Is he worth a pick-up while he's struggling?
No way. He's a determined bugger, if he's not hurt he'll get through this. His HR/9 continues to get better. I'd say - Concrete evidence he's not hurt = big 2nd half.

I'm about thisclose to a drop (and he's on the bench in the meantime anyway). Actually put him on the block for the Kershaw waiver claim, but No. 5 wasn't nearly good enough.
It could be worse ... in my other league I drafted Gorzy , but dropped him some time back.
I gave up on him last year after trading for him after a good start to the season. He imploded in the 2nd half and has pretty much sucked ever since. Considering there isn't much to like about the team he pitches for I'm surprised anyone still has faith in him.
I dropped him in one H2H league, but actually got him as a throw in to balance a 3-for-3 in a Roto league and am going to let him hang on my bench a few weeks and see if he can't pull his crap together. There's no way I'm starting him in any league format, but unless there's someone sitting in Free Agency that you are real high on, or you have an immediate need, I don't see anything wrong with just tossing him on the bench.
I'm done with him. Dropped him in my H2H for Wheeler lol. I will be dropping him in my Roto when Smoltzie comes off the DL.
Like bigh0rt said, there is no way I am starting him. He is just taking up space. He'll clear waivers and I'll keep my eye on him if he starts turning things around.
