I'm noticing W. Helms getting a lot of starts over Mike Jacobs these days, anybody know why? He's taken Jacobs' spot a couple of times even after Jacobs came back from his little injury.

I'd be interested in the same info. The only thing I can think of is that they're easing Jacobs back in.

Answering my own question, this has appeared on Yahoo:

May 29 Marlins.MLB.com's Joe Frisaro reports Florida Marlins 1B Mike Jacobs (quadriceps) was rested Wednesday, May 28, to rest his right quadriceps.

So no need to panic, it seems.
