Please Evaluate!

Hey. I'm currently sitting in first place, although I am in very tight race with the 2nd place team. I've been pretty lucky with a lot of my picks and decisions working out, but it's a long season and I want to stay vigilant.

Please give me any suggestions on how to improve, and any moves or potential pick ups I should be on the look out for.

So far my offense has carried my team. Which has been nice, because my pitching (which i thought was going to be dominant) has been very shaky.

This is a 10 team league that does NOT include Average. Instead we use OBP.

I like your team, your pitching should be okay, especially when Verlander turns into the Verlander we all know. If you can pick up Kershaw, that may help you out.
