a newbie needs help in designing a draft list

Postby raymo » Fri Feb 27, 2004 8:58 pm

I am trying to design a draft list for a 5x5 12 team autodraft roto yahoo team, looked at several suggested lists, is there a rhyme or reason to making a list, ???

The cheat sheet rankings on this site break them down by position, which is very helpful.

I believe there ought to be a constitutional amendment outlawing Astroturf and the designated hitter. -Crash Davis

Go to ESPN.com and look at their average draft list compiled from their thousands of leagues. It will really help you in determining which player to rank first, and where you should expect certain players to go in the draft. Then tweak that list to adjust for what you expect out of certain players.
