Please rate my team WHIR

Give me some thoughts on my team please. I'm currently leading the league by 2.5 games. I feel like I need more power/rbi and my pitching is scaring me lately. I have a few dogs on the team that are pulling me down in average and not getting me wins. Any advice is very helpful! (I hate to tinker when winning, but things change so fast its scary!)

I really think your batting will be fine, you might not have a big name power hitter like a Ryan Howard or Prince Fielder, but you've got a ton of guys that will put up solid numbers in HR/RBIs with McCann, A-Gon, Han-Ram, A-Ram, Hart, etc so you should be fine with all of those guys chipping in solid numbers.

Once Furcal gets back off the DL I would think about dealing him for an ace pitcher or maybe moving HanRam for that big bat you want and an ace to someone who is willing to pay big for one of the best fantasy players in baseball. Your pitching has the potential to be inconsistent with Bedard underperforming right now combined with two young guys in Shields and Wainwright that will have the occasional blow up (voltron hasn't come closes to a melt down so I left his name out). I think if you can find a way to get a well established ace (and maybe a power hitter in the process) you'll be set for the playoffs. Also, who knows if how many innings the Reds will let Volquez log, so another ace is extra insurance.

Thanks, that's good advice. I just hate having some dogs on the team, like Konerko, and don't want to pull the trigger just to have them come around for one of my rivals.

Very solid team, but like the last poster stated, you can probably move one of your top players for a big bat. This way you will have the comfort of knowing you have a reliable HR hitter.
