Best pitchers ball parks

the best 5 pitchers parks last year were
1. Florida
2. Seattle
3. Baltimore
4. Cleveland
5. Pittsburgh.

I'm not totally sold on this. I would expect it to look more like this:
1. San Fran
2. L.A.
3. Seattle
4. Oakland
5. NY (Mets)

But that's just my own guess.

Their list is hogwash. Must be a Canadian thing?

PNC had a 100 run index, exactly neutral.
699 runs scored at PNC, versus 699 away.

LA was lowest, 81 run index
Qualcomm (gone) 82

Safeco, PacBell, Shea played less of a pitchers park, then past years. Safeco making the CF background better might explain Safeco.

From what I've seen, Chavez Ravine is far and away the best pitcher's park. All the more reason to get Edwin Jackson and Greg Miller in keeper leagues

I don't care how talented you are; anytime I hear a young pitcher having shoulder issues -- I'll take a pass and go with a hitter like Reed or Rios.
