I would be worried about Nen, and looking to add another SP and RP. I would rather have another one or two of them than any of the guys on your bench.

Well, you've got a nice team. Matsui and Soriano for the steals, everyone else for the power cats. Nice, rounded hitting. I don't like Jay Payton much, though he's not terrible. I'm not sure that he should be a starter in a 12 team league.

Your pitching is good. Let me rephrase that: Your starting pitching is good. You know about your closers. They suck. But your starters are good k men with low eras. Nice.

Your bench, however, is barren. Do you really want to start Raul Ibanez or Jimmy Gobble? Really?

It's not a lot of criticism, but it gives you someplace to start. You've got a strong team. Improve your closers and your bench and you should breeze to a top spot. Your strength is 1b. Trade from there.

Now, how about returning the favor?

Good team but your OF is awful and you have 3 first basemen (4 if you count Ibanez).

Delgado in the second was a bad pick and I like Lee better as my first baseman in a roto league. Both Bogalusa and Cornbread need a first baseman. Bog has Walker and S. Green to offer and Corn has Abreu and the 2 OF Gonzalezs. Any of those 5 would be an improvement for your OF.

I think Cruz and Ibanez will disappoint this year - so if you could package them with Delgado to Corn for Abreu and one of the Gonzalezs both sides would improve.

You would then have an extra roster spot and could pick up Jason Bay (I don't think that he was drafted) for upside.

(why don't you rate my team? - I posted it a few days ago in this forum)

I agree with some of the others Manut.

OF-Payton and Burrell uh. Payton will suffer out of Coors and who knows what Burrell will do. You better hope Burrell comes back strong.

Guadado doesn't suck but Nen? Hope your don't think he will provide your saves for you.

Otherwise good ;-D

If you are indeed doing that deal, then you must be looking for Konerko to have a rebound year. Your probably thinking of inserting Anderson or Abreu into your OF and Util slots.

The move adds speed and consistency to your lineup, however your concern is RP at the moment, because you need more of it.

I'm thinking that Payton's numbers go down because of a lack of Coor's, and I'm not sure what to think about Delgado, he's been all over the board over the past 4 years. Which Delgado will show up in this contract year?

I personally think the trade is OK, but doesn't fix your problem.
