Do any of you guys draft any differently in a 10x10 than you would in a 5x5?

Yes, I move guys who qualify at infield positions that actually play in the outfield up in leagues that count errors. I also move up guys like Bonds and Helton, since they provide solid OBP, walks, etc.

Absolutely. Draft strategies should always be based on your league's rules - even just looking at different 5x5 leagues, I'll draft very differently depending on the fine print.

My mistake the league I was talking about is actually an 8x8 with

R, H, HR, RBI, SB, BB, TB, AVG,
OPS, W, SV, BB, K, TB, ERA, WHIP

How would you draft in that case?

so much repetition and redundancy in the stats...
H = AVG
OPS = sort of = AVG + TB +BB
HR is closely correlated with TB

I draft power hitters and guys who wal a lot... any and all I can get my hands on.

TB = roughly = WHIP
I probably wouldn't change my strategy there... just try to stay away from guys who tend to walk a lot and pitch a lot out of trouble...

My mistake again, I wrote that it was an 8x8 but its actually a 9x7 favoring hitting.
