Yes, I move guys who qualify at infield positions that actually play in the outfield up in leagues that count errors. I also move up guys like Bonds and Helton, since they provide solid OBP, walks, etc.
Absolutely. Draft strategies should always be based on your league's rules - even just looking at different 5x5 leagues, I'll draft very differently depending on the fine print.

H = AVG
OPS = sort of = AVG + TB +BB
HR is closely correlated with TB
I draft power hitters and guys who wal a lot... any and all I can get my hands on.
TB = roughly = WHIP
I probably wouldn't change my strategy there... just try to stay away from guys who tend to walk a lot and pitch a lot out of trouble...
