I would understand this If I were just looking at stats, but the way the kid is looking at the plate I disagree. He has the best, smoothest stroke since Griffey. The kids a natural and he can obviously handle the pressure. I'm certainly keeping him in keeper leagues, but unless I got a top 10 pick in return, I wouldn't trade him in yearly leagues either

I feel the same way. I wanted to change my league to a keeper this year but didnt get much support from the commissioner or league. But after finding Braun last year and getting Bruce this year it sucks to know they will likely be on someone elses roster next year.

After I "sold high" on Volquez this year I learned my lesson. I was lucky enough to land bruce this year and I won't make that mistake again. I'm keeping him. Those of you that trade him are going to have your heart break a little each time he hits a walk off bomb this year. Keep him and enjoy the ride. Anything less than a first round pick isn't worth the most exciting player in baseball right now.

im extremely dissapointed that theres not much love for bruce on this board with ppl goen crazy...kid hit a walkoff tongiht...n his 5 game stats are 579 avg, 8 runs, 5 rbis, hr, 2sbs...i mean only thing next for him to do is hit for the cycle....show some love for ya boi...JAY BRUCE

I feel ya - sold "high" on Braun 3 weeks into his call-up last year....
